Refund policy
Changed your mind after the purchase? Damaged due to shipping upon receipt? We are happy to accept returns within 10 business days from date of product is received, together with invoice, for either a full refund or an exchange.
For a return or an exchange to be processed, the following applies:
- Returned products must be in their original packaging.
- Refund or exchange will not be processed if the returns are found to be dirty, stained, damaged or if the original packaging has been tampered with.
- Delivery and shipping fees for returns (other than faulty items) is at the customer's expense.
- For returns shipped from outside of Malaysia, any taxes, duties, custom fees or shipping charges incurred from the return will be borne by customer.
- Shipping fees may be refunded on faulty items only if the entire order is being returned and the customer provides proof of the shipping amount.
- We are not responsible for any returns damaged or lost via return post. We reserve the right to reject any returns that does not meet the requirements of our return policy.
Upon receiving the returned product and verifying its validity for returns, the full refund or an exchange will then be processed.
Do note that discounted items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
