Shipping policy
At Peekasense, our goal is to offer you the best shipping services, no matter where you live. All orders will be packed and shipped within 2-3 business days. A confirmation email with the tracking number will then be sent to you. Once dispatched, delivery lead time is subject to the courier company's terms.
Domestic Shipping
- For orders above MYR 300,
- West Malaysia: FREE Shipping
- East Malaysia: MYR 30 onwards depending on weight. Please contact us to get a quote.
- For orders below MYR 300, a flat rate applies:
- West Malaysia: MYR 10
- East Malaysia: MYR 30 onwards depending on weight. Please contact us to get a quote.
- For Heavy and/or Large items (5.1kg - 6.9kg) the below flat rate applies:
- West Malaysia: MYR 10
- East Malaysia: MYR 60
- For Extra Heavy and/or Large items (7kg - 10kg) the below flat rate applies:
- West Malaysia: MYR 15
- East Malaysia: MYR 90
For East Malaysia, the above shipping rate will apply only if your area is covered by Teleport courier service. For areas beyond Teleport's coverage, additional shipping fees may apply and we will contact you if the shipping charges are insufficient.
If you wish to add another order to an existing order which has yet to be fulfilled, do use code "COMBINE" upon checkout to save on shipping fees.
Pickup service is available, do contact us in advance for the necessary arrangements.
Packaging
We're playing our part in loving Mother Earth by up-cycling and reusing packaging materials to pack most of your toys. Hence, you may receive carton boxes that may not bear our brand name but that's ok as we are serious in upcycling them. We are thankful to have plastic fillers gifted to us from time to time - these have been used once from people who loves the Mother Earth as much as we do and we appreciate them supporting us in this manner. The shredded recycled papers are from our toy supplier and we love to think to that we are making a difference by reusing packaging materials as it promote sustainability in the long run.
